Step into D1 Sports Training, and you'll immediately feel the energy and community. Our Athletic-Based Training Model means that we train everyone like an athlete regardless of your fitness level, age, or ability. You'll be working out in a group that ranges from 10-20 people out on a turf field and weight room. The workouts are 60 minutes and are based on a periodization model which simply means that we want to make you better in an 8-12 week time period.
